NUTRIENT PACKED Dinner Delights

 

KALE & BROWN RICE SALAD

Nutrient Dense DinnerIngredients:

Kale

Apples

Pine nuts

Cucumbers

Cilantro

Brown Rice (cooked)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Lemon

Sea salt (if desired)

Herbs (as desired)

 

Directions:

  1. Combine above ingredients in bowl, mix.
  2. Enjoy!

 

COOL DOWN CUCUMBER DRINK!

Nutrient Dense DinnerIngredients:

Coconut water

Cucumber

Cilantro

Aloe vera juice

Mint leaf

 

Directions:

  1. Blend in blender and enjoy!

 

WATERMELON COOL DOWN NOW!

Ingredients:Nutrient Dense Dinner

Watermelon

Mint leaf

 

Directions:

  1. Cut up watermelon
  2. Cut up mint leaf
  3. Put mint leaf on watermelon
  4. Enjoy!

 

COCONUT QUINOA

Ingredients:Nutrient Dense Dinner

Quinoa (sprouted is best)

Coconut milk

Your favorite vegetables diced (make sure to include green leafy vegetables in there too. You can cut up or tear into strips)

Shredded coconut (if desired)

Sea Salt (to taste)

Cilantro

 

Directions:

  1. Cook quinoa and vegetables in coconut milk (you can add water to coconut milk to make it less dense)
  2. Once cooked add sea salt and cilantro and then stir.
  3. Add shredded coconut on top.
  4. Enjoy!
